Independent candidate, Jacob Osei Yeboah (JOY) is counting his blessing
following the defeat of the Mahama-led National Democratic Congress
(NDC).
According to him, the government made a conscious effort to collapse his
business to make him poor just because he decided to contest the
December 7 general elections.
JOY, as he is affectionately called revealed this in an exclusive interview on Adom News Wednesday.
He cited among other things how government through the military took his
land at East Legon for no apparent reason to buttress his point.
The motive for these intimidation by alleged members of the National
Democratic Congress (NDC), the president hopeful claimed, was for him to
be a pauper to kowtow to the whims and caprices of the Mahama-led
government.
Mr. Osei Yeboah bemoaned how the police failed to act on the matter when
he reported to them all because he failed to support President John
Mahama in the December 7 elections.
He said he is coming out with this revelation to ensure the Akufo-Addo
led New Patriotic Party (NPP) does not also vilify its political
opponents.
His only wise, Mr. Osei Yeboah added, is to see Ghana as a prosperous nation full of opportunity for its citizens.
